This delightful 70² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is located on the 2nd floor and the building has elevator. It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, oven, microwave and coffee maker. A washing machine and dishwasher are added for extra comfort. The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This area sits within the modern and lively district of Parque das Nações. Known for its bold architecture and riverside views, it offers a refreshing contrast to the older parts of the city. Attractions such as the Oceanário de Lisboa, cable cars, and expansive gardens make it a favourite destination for families and those seeking a more beautiful vibe. The neighbourhood is also home to various restaurants, cafés, and open spaces perfect for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. With the Vasco da Gama shopping centre and Gare do Oriente transport hub nearby, visitors have easy access to both leisure and travel connections. It's an excellent base for discovering a different side of Lisbon, where innovation meets comfort. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. There is free parking in the building. The nearest train station, Moscavide, is just a 7-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 7-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
