It is located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs. Please note that access to the building involves climbing stairs on one of Lisbon’s traditional stepped streets, and there is no lift in the building. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Designed with charming vintage touches, this apartment offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The living area features a comfortable sitting space with a sofa bed, a dining table for shared meals, and a TV for entertainment. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a microwave, an electric cooking stove, a coffee maker, and a mini fridge, making it easy to prepare snacks and drinks. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed, heating for added comfort, and ample storage to keep everything organized, ensuring a pleasant and restful stay. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Important note: The building has old architecture, and the acoustics performance is not the best. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire room. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
