Simply furnished, this charming apartment is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions such as the Carmo Convent and Dom Pedro IV Square! The apartment comes with open living and dining areas as well as a fully fitted kitchen. The living space features a dining area big enough to sit 4 people, a convertible sofa bed and a flat-screen TV where you can relax after a day in the city. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom comes with two single beds lined in complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guests have access to the entire property. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Appart très central au départ de toutes les visites incontournables de la ville. Clair (4ème étage), avec vue dégagée. Ascenseur. Lit king size appréciable, chambre reposante et calme (appart sur l'arrière du batiment).Bon fonctionnement de la douche. Mais, il y a beaucoup de détails qui doivent être communiqués : la propreté est moyenne sur les surfaces telles que poubelles, bouilloire, bouton de chasse d'eau, etc... Certains articles du mobilier sont vieillissants (la tête de lit menace de tomber et est endommagée). La lunette des toilettes n'est pas centrée. La machine à café fuyait, la théière ne fonctionnait plus (faux contact à priori) et l'utilisation de la ventilation dans la salle de bain était impossible due à un bruit strident. Nous avons signalé le premier jour que la cafetière et la ventilation posaient problème et il nous a été répondu que nous devions faire des photos et les envoyer. Il faut se douter que nous avions autre chose à faire !!!!!!Si ces révisions sont faites, il s'agit d'une adresse très intéressante, et un endroit où nous pourrions revenir sans hésitation (sauf l'été car pas de clim mais deux ventilateurs dans l'appart). ##### Elisabeth S.
