The apartment is situated in the very busy street with tram running just under the windows, very noisy. In addition boiler did not work properly from the start, and died on us very soon. We had no hot water. Coffee machine was not working and building front door was broken. This tells us that nobody checked the condition of the apartment before our stay. We did not have time to wait for service people to come and repair the boiler so we were told that it was our fault that we did not have hot water.
