Biggest issue was the outdoor patio area absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, to the point where it was not only unusable, we had to keep the doors to the patio closed at all times just to keep the smell out of the rest of the apartment. Shower grout needs to be redone or acid-washed--there was lots of black mildew in the grout. Furniture is cheap. Neighborhood was nice and quiet--a bit out of the way from anything interesting but not too far to walk to the central city. Les transports en commun sont à une dizaine de minutes de pieds. Le centre est assez loin mais cela se fait en 30/40 mn à pied. La procédure d’arrivée n’a pas été simple car nous avons récupéré les clefs très loin de l’appartement. Pas facile avec 4 enfants et un long voyage. Un problème de chasse d’eau en arrivant. Intervention rapide d’un technicien le lendemain mais bizarre que le ménage n’est pas relevé cette casse. Il manque une cafetière électrique et des cuillères (seulement 2). Sinon vaisselles ´ok. Schade ist nur, dass man die Schlüssel für die Wohnung, die eigentlich in der Nähe einer in 30 Minuten vom Flughafen erreichbaren Metro- Station liegt,zunächst in einem Hotel in tejo- Nähe abholen muss um dann 25 Minuten wieder zurück zur Wohnung zu fahren.
