Everything was smooth with payment and keys. There was one double bed and one single bed on the top floor, and a separate double bed with a separate bathroom in the basement. The basement bedroom was OK, but we had preferred 4 beds on the top floor. ##### deborah s. On the pictures the apartment appears to be in good state, clean, not too old and the descriptions makes it appear to be well equipped. The sleeping rooms are on the top level and basement. The living room is in the basement in a dark corner where it is not really inviting to sit down. Stairs are all over and the wood is not made in a way where it is safe for young children. There are plenty of dishes but limited cooking equipment. Internet is kot working every day and sometimes electricity goes down. The only very nice thing about this place are the nice neighbors and the good locations for ocean view access. Everything else does not justify the high prices. ##### Kathrin V.
