Everything was beyond expectation. Front desk staff (Arthur) and the night guy, didn't catch his name, are friendly polite and so helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had to leave to the airport very early and were offered a breakfast box that was very nice. The room was very good. Shuttle service from airport and cruise terminal excellent. We couldn't be happier with our two nights with you, we would recommend your hotel to anyone.

We were very impressed with the Staff at the Empire Lisbon hotel. The staff at reception were always very helpful always answering our questions and giving us tips on how to get around the City.Our room was lovely and the choice at Breakfast was excellent. The location close to the Metro was excellent for exploring the City!!

This hotel was very convenient for staying just out of the centre with a metro stop just outside. There is also a small supermarket next door to get drinks and snacks etc. The room is comfortable and there is a fridge and safe in the room but no kettle (if you like a cuppa first thing in the morning). The only problem was the traffic noise as it’s on a busy road but this would be better if you get a room at the rear of the property. The breakfast was extensive with cereals, cold meats and cheese, fruit salad, hot options like scrambled egg, bacon, asparagus and mushrooms. There was also toast, bread rolls, pastries and pastel des natas of course! Tea, coffee and fruit juices to drink. It was a buffet breakfast and good way to set you up for the morning. The reception staff were helpful and you could leave your bags if you need to if you have a later flight. A good value stay and I would stay here again if I was in Lisbon.
