The large living room is the heart of the apartment, equipped with a smart TV. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. With an unbeatable location! Situated in the vibrant Chiado neighborhood, you'll be just steps away from Lisbon's main attractions, such as Praça do Comércio and the Santa Justa Elevator. The Space: Beautiful and spacious apartment located on the first floor with an elevator and included parking, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room. The spacious living room is the heart of the apartment, equipped with a smart TV. The golden bedroom has a smart TV and a work desk. We also have a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron, and ironing board. One of the bathrooms is shared between two bedrooms, and the other is located in the hallway.
