- We’ve always received excellent feedback from our guests, particularly regarding the cleanliness of our homes; however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are implementing extraordinary cleaning measures, including not only regular cleaning but also the disinfection of high-touch surfaces (door handles, kettles, faucets, etc.) and the provision of hand sanitiser, when available on the market. We are doing our best to keep everything in stock, as supplies are fluctuating globally.

- Only guests for whom a reservation was made are allowed into the apartments, ensuring a controlled and, consequently, safer environment.

- The apartments are located in Lisbon, in urban areas with outdoor spaces for walking while maintaining safe distances.

- There are public and private healthcare facilities nearby that will assist you if needed.
