The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They provided us with great restaurant recommendations. We missed breakfast one morning and they offered us coffee as a sweet gesture. Definitely would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at during our holiday. The staff was wonderful and very helpful; giving us many suggestions on things to do in the city and accommodating us to be make our stay very memorable and super positive. I would sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone looking to stay in Lisbon.

The staff were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help us after hours and explain to us the subway system, get us breakfast when we missed it. The breakfast was buffet style and was very healthy with a variety of fruits, breads, eggs, and meat. The property itself is beautiful. The photos on their website don’t do it justice. The property one and architectural award when it was first built and is full of wonderful antiques and artwork. It is after all a small palace. Our room had original frescoes in it.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony, and the breakfast was excellent. The bus stop is just a one-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center and other parts of the city. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine, pastries, and fresh fruit waiting for us in our room, which was a lovely welcome.

It is hard to even explain the experience that this hotel brings. It was unique and beautiful. I booked this place at the end of my trip and wish I had stayed longer. The staff were so helpful and kind. You truly feel like you are staying in a palace.

We loved our stay at Dear Lisbon, The Staff were what made it the most memorable part. One thing that put me off was a welcome letter that stated we couldn't have any outside food and beverage and that if there was evidence of anything they would charge corkage. That felt like we couldn't have water or even a bag of chips to snack in the evening. We did smooth our concerns out with the front desk staff but the verbiage felt extremely pushy and criminal.

Beautiful property with gorgeous furnishings, amazing art, comfortable bed and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel does front a busy road, but we used white noise apps to mute the noise.

Unique boutique style hotel. We loved our stay. Great attention to detail in the hotel building itself and from all the staff. Right on major bus routes into the Centre (10 minutes) and beyond. Lovely freshly made breakfast buffet. Highly recommended if you want to feel like you’ve stayed in an old beautiful authentic Lisbon building and not another faceless 4 star hotel. Good range of local restaurants and cafes with Portuguese and Italian food.

The hotel was super lovely, rooms, food and staff excellent. Unfortunately the location was a bit far from the city and the building renovations on the next door where super noisy so it was not really fun to "relax" by the pool and listen to that. Hopefully they will finish the work soon. :)

This is a very cool and different place to stay. It is old and the windows and doors do not keep out the noise from outside but you're trading quirkiness for something that isn’t new. We were really happy staying there. The pool is lovely and staff were really nice. The bed was super comfortable, loved having the balcony off the room. Shower was excellent. They really try to make it as modern as possible while still keeping that feeling of being in an old home in the middle of Lisbon.

I have now stayed at the Dear Lisbon Valmor Palace twice and would highly recommend it. The rooms and hotel are beautiful. The staff is incredibly helpful and responsive to any needs you have. And they serve a great breakfast. I would definitely return again!
