Welcome to my beautiful 1-bedroom apartment, located in the privileged neighborhood of Marquês de Pombal! Fully renovated at the beginning of 2018, I am sure this flat will turn your stay into a memorable experience!  
  
A fully equipped flat, with everything you might need, located in the heart of Marquês de Pombal, two minutes walking distance to the famous Avenida da Liberdade.

This stylish apartment is the perfect base for your stay in Lisbon. Conveniently situated in one of the most famous neighborhoods in the city, you will be only a few minutes away from all the major attractions, top eateries, and renowned shops.  
  
This apartment is part of a very special project we worked on for one year. Everything was carefully chosen to ensure you live a comfortable and unique Portuguese experience within these walls.  
  
Located on the 4th floor of this completely renewed building, I am sure this apartment will definitely set the tone for a perfect stay in the city.

The apartment sleeps up to four people. Two in the bedroom, and two on the sofa bed in the living room.  
  
If you are two people and still want me to prepare both beds, please note there is a charge of 15 euros, per night, payable in cash on arrival.  
  
GUEST BEDROOM  
There is one bright bedroom with one extremely comfortable double bed (160cm x 200cm).  
  
The wardrobe is very spacious so you would benefit from a lot of storage space.  
  
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN  
A living room featuring a comfortable sofa seating (sofa bed), cable TV and a dining area.  
It has access to an open equipped kitchen, where my guests can use the Nespresso machine, kettle, stove, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils you might need for cooking fresh home-cooked meals.  
Air Conditioning is located in the living room.

THE TERRACE  
All the apartments in this building have access to a very spacious 100 sqm terrace.

All the first-day basics are provided: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil; detergents; shampoos and shower gel.

THE CONCEPT  
This apartment is part of a very special project called Unknown Lisbon. We have worked on it for one year, to ensure our guests would be able to enjoy the most comfortable stay while discovering a part of the Portuguese culture which is usually unreachable for most visitors.  
In these apartments, we expose paintings, sculptures, literature, and photographs from unknown (or “not-so-famous”) Portuguese artists. We allow you to see art made in Portugal, that is not usually shown in museums or in commercial galleries.  
Our aim is to purely promote national works of art, and, therefore, we do not take any commissions from the artists, nor from guests.  
  
The items are changed frequently and in one apartment you are able to see the work of different individuals.  
  
\*\*Late check-ins, from 7pm to 9pm, have an extra charge of 20€ payable in cash upon arrival. After 9pm there is an extra charge of 40€.
