What a beautiful place. We had the 5th floor and it was amazing. Great views, in 2 directions. Looking right over at Castelo de São Jorge. The windows were very cool - could open right up into a door and then when completely shut, there was silence!!! So great for a place right in the action. Our family of 5 had great space. The pull out was very comfortable for our son and easy to use. The location was perfect. The hosts were very lovely and responsive. I would love to return!!

We had a fantastic stay at Chiado Trindade Lisbon Best Hotels. The rooms were clean, and well appointed, super comfy beds. The location cannot be beat. We were close to everything - great restaurants, the metro, sites and shopping. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and we come back to Lisbon. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Lisbon Best apartments! Every detail was thoughtfully and masterfully executed. The apartment was so well sound proofed that not only could you not hear the cacophony outside, but also no sounds from other rooms in the apartment. The staff was fantastic! The room was super clean and smelled wonderful. They even turned on the A/C before we checked in so the apartment felt so comfortable and cool. The little kitchen was well equipped, and even with Vista Alegre China. The apartment was a true haven in a very busy and noisy city. We have found our go-to each time we are in Lisbon!

The check in was so nice because they brought us into that apartment while they took passport and other information. This way we could all settle in while the check in was going on. Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location- very walkable to shops and restaurants! Convenient to have washing machine and TVs everywhere in the house! We loved leaving our living room balcony door open and hearing the street artist music all evening!

The hotel accommodated our early check in. The location turned out to be fantastic. Close to the metro line, train station, the waterfront, the iconic neighborhoods. Plenty of choices to pick up breakfast nearby or snacks coming home from a day out. Only thing we did not locate nearby is a decent sized grocery store. My family enjoyed the hotel very much. The kitchen, bathroom, shower, bathtub, were all very nice. Made a very comfortable stay for a week. Overall, definitely added to our experience of Lisbon.

We had an amazing time in Lisbon and this apartment. It was so clean, great location, perfect communication, and gorgeous interiors, etc! Loved the big bathtub too. Great location to go anywhere, with tram stops, a metro station, and lots of buses. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes, markets, shops. Ben was so helpful with our check-in/out and gave us great restaurant info as well. Tried 2 of his recommendations (Severa Fado and Ramiro) and loved the food. We'll def go back to the apartment if we have a chance to go to Lisbon again. Thank you!
