Perfect location to discover Lisboa

Great location, close to all transportation means to visit Lisbon. Grocery store closeby. All équipei.availablr for a perfect stay in center Lisboa. We enjoyed our stay and apartment has enough room to accommodate 2 families. Thanks the the host for a warm welcome and communication throughout the whole process!

Good for a group of friends

The apartment was well located for visiting, we could do everything by foot. We were worried about the junkies commented on the other reviews but honestly we had no issues with them, we barely saw them. The apartment was well equiped, the bedroom and the ground floor was a little humid but with windows open it was fine. In conclusion, if you're looking for a place to visit Lisbon and only using your Airbnb for sleeping, I recommend it.

Solved our issues promptly

We’re a part of four—two older couples. We knew this apartment had stairs and was in a hilly neighborhood, but we were not aware that it was QUITE a trek up MULTIPLE sets of steps. The place looked lovely, but we requested a different property. We had even looked at the neighborhood on Google Earth, so we knew there were some steps, etc. but we had no idea just how many. The management company immediately offered us a different place, same price. We had to walk there, but they helped with luggage and made sure we were comfortable. Our issue was handled professionally and courteously. Second property was huge and well-located and we enjoyed our time in Lisbon.

This property is in a very bad area

When we arrived there was a man sitting in our doorway doing crack and another urinating. There were several others nearby doing drugs. It was clear others were casing us. We did not stay and were offered a different property for the same price which I appreciated for the same price which I appreciated but it was a tremendous hassle and disturbing.

Drugs sold at doorsteps - centrally located

The property itself is in a great area and easily walkable to many places. It is very small, but it is in an old building where this is to be expected. Many little and maybe not so little things in the apartment were broken and could have easily been fixed. Just a few examples: blinds didn't work, some windows couldn't be opened, no door handle/knob on bathroom door, shower was leaking , shower curtain was a quick fix for missing door, and many more. Easy fixes that could have made the stay better. The biggest problem, however, is that the property is in a side street that is used for selling drugs and the dealers were using the door as a selling point as well as bathroom. Therefore the unit smelled like weed all times mixed in with bathroom smells. Many people on drugs were around the place at all hours of the day and night. With a group of four tall guys we felt ok - not safe, but ok, but this is definitely not recommended for any families, female travellers or smaller groups.

Superwohnung in der Altstadt von Lissabon

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Lissabon, es hat alles gestimmt. Die Wohnung ist schön und super gelegen, fußläufig zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Tejo, Supermärkte in der Nähe und schöne Treppen und Lissabon-typische Häuser drumherum mit Wäsche in den Fenstern. Tatsächlich lungern einige merkwürdige Leute (Junkies?) in der Nähe der Wohnung rum, aber das ist der zentralen Lage der Wohnung geschuldet. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch in der Küche. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, und die netten sind superbequem. Toilettenpapier, Seife und Duschgel sind ausreichend vorhanden. Außerdem hat die Kommunikation mit der Agentur super geklappt, man hat sogar einen Privattransfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung und zurück für uns organisiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, und empfehlen sie gerne weiter. drumherum. E

Environnement Inquietant

Appartement correct assez conforme a la description propreté générale OK Attention cafards dans la salle de bain du 1°etage ,nous en avons tué deux. Dans la cuisine il manque un dessous de plat et une paire de ciseaux. L'appartement est bien situé mais l'environnement est catastrophique: Dealers et toxicos à la porte de l'immeuble,disputes , nuisances sonores la nuit. detritus et bouteilles de verre cassées laissés par terre par les toxicos la nuit La place Martim Moniz la nuit regorge de pickpockets, toxicos et dealers. Je tiens des photos à votre disposition. Nous reviendrons à Lisbonne mais jamais dans cet appartement!

À éviter.

Cet appartement n’a pour lui que sa situation en plein centre de Lisbonne. En revanche, pour rentrer dans l’immeuble vous devez enjamber des dealers et consommateurs de cracks ( photos disponibles sur demande) qui cachent leur drogue sous les pavés, se font des rails sous votre nez tous les soirs (18h/23h!!!). De fait vous n’osez sortir le soir encore moins avec des enfants. Quant à l’appartement il manque de confort. Pas de volets, des poignées absentes ( salle de bains étage) une paroi douche à laquelle il manque une porte, aucun ouvre bouteille ( il a fallu acheter un ouvre bouteille pour pouvoir déguster notre apéritif!) Bref vous comprendrez aisément que nous n’avons pas profité de notre séjour à la hauteur de notre espérance et du prix déboursé car il n’y avait aucun avis de la sorte lors de notre réservation et les photos ne sont pas vraiment conformes à la réalité. À quel dédommagement pouvons nous prétendre?
