Point positif la literie. Tous les bruits s'entendent, une personne à notre arrivée puis plus vue durant notre séjour de 5 jours (qui ne parle pas français comme indiqué sur le site). Wifi qui n'a pas fonctionné. Personne pour recharger le papier toilette. Par contre, la situation géographique est pratique. Quelques petits restaurants ou cafés locaux dans les alentours pratiques et abordables.

Terrível. Não havia água canalizada. Foi nos dito que se tratava de um problema no exterior e que iria ser resolvido nas próximas 2-3h, o que não aconteceu. Pedimos o dinheiro de volta, e não fomos até agora reembolsados após vários contactos com a gerência.

Helpful staff, easy to find your way around Lisbon. A bit far from the centre of the city but ok if you don’t mind walking or can take bus or metro.

Nice place with a nice price

We had a really nice stay at the Castilho Lisbon suites. The room was nice and clean, and the receptionist and owner were really service minded. The lock to our room was broken, so we could only lock it from the outside, not the inside. The owner fixed this the next morning. You can hear all the sounds/noise from the hallway, luckily there wasn't not too much trafic in the hallway. Still it was a lovely place to stay and the price was nice! I will reccomend staying here.

Overall a good stay

The location is great - in a clean and safe area and near public transport. The room is very small and basic but clean and tidy. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Guests can use the kitchen and breakfast area is quite nice and spacious. One thing did bother me a little was the noise - the walls are wafer-thin and you can hear everything going on outside your room, especially at night and early morning when people come in and out of the hotel and talk in the kitchen and corridor.

Très jolie chambre très bien décorée dans bâtiment de bon standing, l accueil est très chaleureux, emplacement pratique pour retourner dans le centre en transport ou à pieds !! Manque un peu de restaurant le soir mais nous avons été manger à la pizzeria juste à côté qui était délicieuse donc pas de points négatifs

Funky, stylish AND practical

Really stylish rooms in a recently refurbished part of an older building. Great shower! Use of a communal kitchen too, which was really handy (especially the kettle), and there are a few small convenience stores nearby. The staff are really helpful, but be careful with your arrival time...

Castilho guesthouse

Het was moeilijk om 's nachts om 2.00 u bij aankomst in het gebouw binnen te geraken. Onduidelijke info op de print van het hotel. Op de buitendeur van het gebouw kon je geen code indrukken. Dit bleek achteraf om veiligheidsredenen want de Belgische ambassade bevond zich in het gebouw. Uiteindelijk liet een bewoner ons binnen en drukte op de juiste knop in de lift. Het bleek om RC verdieping te gaan, waarbij het ons toen ontging wat dit betekende. Later bleek dat het Rez de Chaussee was. Er stond ons wel iemand op de receptie op te wachten. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte was mooi en verzorgd. De kamer was ook in orde, behalve dat er in de douche onderaan pleister los was gekomen. De wifi verbinding op de kamer werkte niet en we moesten ons steeds naar de gemeenschappelijke ruimte begeven. Op de website en in het guesthouse stond vermeld dat er een shuttle service was van en naar het hotel en ook bij vertrek, echter dit was er niet. Wij moesten dus ook bij vertrek een taxi nemen. In het algemeen vriendelijk personeel die Engels sprak. De ligging van het guesthouse was goed en dicht bij de metro

Perfecto para conocer Lisboa

Fuimos tres amigas y no podríamos haber encontrado nada mejor! La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y decorada con mucho gusto. En recepción estuvieron muy pendientes y nos ayudaron en todo. El barrio es muy bueno y está muy bien comunicado. Repetiríamos sin duda!

Great guest house - perfect location.

This guest house is in an excellent location. It’s close to the metro, the hop on hop off bus loop. The rooms are very clean and quite comfortable. Not all the rooms have the see through glass between the room and bathroom. We had a room with two twin beds and the bathroom had regular walls. The staff is absolutely amazing! They really made our stay. There was very little counter space near our bathroom sink but it was fine. There are no drawers in the room for clothes but there is a rod to hang your clothes on with two shelves underneath (no closet). There was a small side table between the two beds. If I had to nitpick, I’d have preferred a slightly bigger one. Take your toiletries as all there is there is a soap dispenser in the shower and one near the bathroom sink. Shower is fantastic. You can keep items in the fridge (common kitchen) and they provide a Nespreso machine and teabags. The place is so clean and the interior connection through wifi is excellent. Thank you to Daniela and all her colleagues for taking such wonderful care of my mom and me.
