Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We were provided with a kettle in our room, but only decaf-coffee and sugar provided, no milk or whitener. On requesting normal coffee, we were given more decaf sachets... Breakfast was OK - the breakfast room is tiny and very cramped. No hot food at breakfast. Overall: The place is freezing and quite dark. It’s essentially converted from a large apartment and is not equipped to function well as a guest house. Room: Neither bedroom nor bathroom had proper ventilation. The bathroom wall/window had a lot of condensation and our clothes felt damp constantly. The room was clean. Breakfast: Space was freezing so we had to bring food into our room to eat. No hot food, mostly sliced up pastries/bread, some fruit. Service: Terrible. Staff are not helpful, do not communicate well in English. For example: the A/C in our room was not functioning when we moved in. We called staff member who became quite frustrated pressing all the buttons. She then left and never returned to resolve the problem. We figured out how to operate the A/C (by googling its manual). Overall there was minimal effort to help us have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Security was established with electronic codes for the main door and the bedroom, so there were no keys to lose. It was also very close to a metro stop which was convenient for the centre, airport and points beyond.
