The communication was excellent. The apartment as described. The walls are very thin and we could hear people having showers at 4ish in the morning! However it didn't ruin the stay as it was only once. The location is great for walking to many of the places of interest and to the station where there are good and reasonable restaurants

The location was wonderful, easy walk to the train station and historic town and the views were incredible !! Excellent communication and easy check in! The apt was perfect for the 3 of us … and will definitely book again … can’t wait to return to Sintra !!

Good size apartment ideal for a couple

Good size apartment ideal for a couple. Stairs to bedroom and toilet were somewhat different and not easy to anyone with mobility issues though ok for myself. Very clean with all necessary commodities/utensils. Will book again when in area.

Clean. Spacious. Not great communications about location, etc. Seem to forget that jet lagged people might not have much battery left either in the phone or the brain after an overseas flight making it stressful to connect when the location given isn't the actual location of the room.itherwuse really great.

The house is nice and the price for the 2 bedroom was reasonable. The view was nice on a hill. Wifi was good. Amenities were fine with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and more. The house was clean. The only issue we saw was that one of the walk in closets had mold on the walls so we could not use it. Also hot (or even warm) water was not available all the time. I think the boiler was too small for the number of people they had in the house. Communication was good and check in was seamless. Overall good experience and I would stay there again.

Communication was great using WhatsApp. The layout of the room was perfect, clean and extremely fabulous location. Would book here again. Please note though difficult to get to room via Uber/Taxi due to central location. Be sure and communicate with staff for QR code or clearance or you have forever to carry your bags

This place is one of its kind, spacious, with a kitchen and a backyard. There’s no front desk, but the communication was clear and in time. It is close to attractions, restaurants and transportations.

The only place closer is the palace itself

Had an awesome time in Sintra. 18a Rue St. Gil Vincente is in the heart of the Historic Center. The place was well equipped, although the spiral staircase was a bit hard to navigate. Even had a view of the palace chimneys. We would definately stay again. Sintra is the most beautiful city, and our little Casa made it very special.

Great apartment near Sintra Palace

This me apartment was perfect for a quick stay and very close to everything in Sintra and easy to walk to all the sites or catch a ride in the town center. The communication was also very good. The only minor issue was parking but that is difficult at any location in the Sintra city center.
