The communication with the owner was great. The place is very spacious and the kitchen was equipped. Please know that if you go in September, it is still very hot and one fan on each floor is not enough. The GPS is not that clear in finding the place. It is not far from the center. There is a bus stop very close but it’s always very busy. I recommend you drive to town, and if you are lucky you will find parking. If you are bringing friends or family, bring linen for the sofa downstair. I wish there were pillows for four people but we managed.

Struttura di per se carina ma tenuta male e poco curata.Al nostro arrivo trovati capelli in doccia ,sui lenzuoli ecc..La lavatrice non funzionava,eravamo in tre mancava un guanciale e un lenzuolo.Buona posizione e il parcheggio si trova sempre.

Departamento muy Espacioso, alejado del centro. Solo detalle en ropa de cama y toallas (cobertores no había y toallas insuficientes y no en óptimas condiciones). No hay hervidor de agua.

Nonostante la casa sia ok, la mia esperienza con l’host è stata terribile. Erroneamente, io e le mie amiche abbiamo dimenticato le chiavi della porta nell’appartamento e quando abbiamo chiesto aiuto al proprietario ci ha risposto di non poterci aiutare, non avendo un altro mazzo di chiavi, e di cercare un altro posto per la notte. In sostanza 3 ragazze abbandonate per strada nel cuore della notte in un paese straniero. Abbiamo dovuto contattare pompieri e polizia autonomamente, senza che l’host si sia mai palesato, benchè le pubbliche autorità abbiano richiesto la sua autorizzazione per procedere con l’apertura forzata della porta.

Appartamento sufficiente per 4 persone, ben strutturato, si apprezza il doppio bagno.Situato in quartiere periferico non ideale.Collegato al centro con bus e tram abbastanza vicini.Supermercato a 10 minuti a piedi.Parcheggio gratuito da cercare nei pressi dell'appartamento.Proprietario attento e disponibile ad eventuali richieste.
