We enjoyed the property very much. It was clean and spacious and comfortable. Very convenient walking distance to the main attractions in Sintra Center.

Excellent location

Clean, comfortable apartment right in Sintra. Easy communication with the host. Problems with wifi and TV service but it wasn’t an issue for us. Close to restaurants and easy walk from the train station.

Horrible! Pire expérience à vie pour l’hébergement! Le soutien en ligne était pourri avec un délai de réponse de 12 h à chaque fois. Pour éviter de dormir dans l’auto, nous avons dû louer ailleurs. Lorsqu’une solution qui semblait viable fut proposée, il était trop tard. Il ne restait qu’une nuit sur 3 et pour éviter de perdre notre temps et détruire davantage notre voyage (et notre esprit de famille qui en a pris un sérieux coup!), nous avons réservé ailleurs après la nuit 1, pour les nuits 2 et 3. Nous étions pourtant à la porte pour la nuit 1, mais nous ne l’avons franchie. Aucun soutien digne de ce nom. L’enregistrement en ligne s’est terminé après l’enregistrement de la 1re personne sur 3. Jamais de demande de paiement des taxes locales sur le site, conditions essentielles pour avons le code de la clé. La présence d’une personne physique ne fut proposée que pour la 3e nuit. Sérieux??? Trop tard. Pourri comme service.
