A bit noisy on the street below but being on second floor helped (but no lift!). We arrived very early after an overnight flight and the rental agent personnel (Pamela and Ana Cristina) stored our luggage, then helped us move it from their office to the flat. We greatly appreciated their assistance. Unit had travel guides in English and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch! Although it is not in the main tourist areas, it is very close and an easily walk (assuming you like the Lisbon hills. ##### Dana W.
