Perfect short getaway

The studio is comfortable, light and airy. We stayed for 5 nights and it has all the basics for a great stay. The area is quiet and so close to the local beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. The patio is the perfect suntrap for relaxing after a day at the beach or to enjoy your breakfast on. Thank you Tony!

die Wohnung entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Billige Ausstattung, verschmutztes Bad, Garten nur mit Unkraut, kein Sonnenschirm, Entfernungsangaben im Inserat stimmen nicht ( Supermarkt, Restaurant ), einige Geräte defekt ( Wasserkocher, Herd z.Tl. ) . Grill verrostet und nicht nutzbar.

Prima appartement in Ericeira

Het appartement ligt op een goede locatie, loopafstand van centrum en strand. Het appartement is ruim en voorzien van basis interieur. Ruimte is vochtig en douche is klein. Buitenruimte is heerlijk en rustig.

Séjour très agréable

Studio grand et très bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux. Emplacement idéal par rapport au centre historique de eiriceira Aucun soucis pour garer sa voiture. Nous avons adorés cette ville côtière très calme et charmante. A 23 km de Sintra qui restera une visite très enrichissante pour nous . Palacio national mérite d'être visité.

Very good - as expected

Very big (some 60+sq m) sitting- room/bedroom, kitchenette in corner . Walls fresh painted, new fridge, coffee -maker, etc terrace/patio huge and very well kept. Very clean, it was nice to enter inside. Located in residential area, fitness park on the opposite side of the road Everything perfect as for us. The host T. speaks very good English. together with Mrs R. (contact person) on the day of our arrival were so nice to pick us up from the Lisbon airport. Thanks for nice stay !

Très agréable studio.

Logement très sympa avec barbecue en terrasse à disposition. Le propriétaire a été particulièrement disponible et accueillant. Il ne manque rien, parking dans la rue sans soucis, centre et plage très facile d'accès à 500 m environ à pieds avec de nombreux restaurants. La vue devra être mise à jour car de nombreuses nouvelles constructions masquent un peu l'océan. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Vorneweg, sehr netter Vermieter und die Lage ist super. Leider riecht es muffig aus den Möbeln, Dusche läuft über (Abfluss verstopft) Bad ziemlich am "Ende", wird zwar geputzt könnte aber gründlicher gemacht werden. Wegbeschreibung: Hausnummer fehlt..

bel appartement

quelques petites chose a revoir la VMC ne fonctionne pas ce qui donne de l'humidité a la salle de bain et au coin couchage . par contre le très gros problème est les voisins du dessus qui ne sont pas respectueux font du bruit jusqu'à minuit voir une heure du matin qui trainent les chaises qui cris très fort et qui n'ont rien a faire de leurs voisins du dessous la je mais une note de zéro pour cette raison je ne conseillerai pas cette location a des amis ce qui est dommage car l'appartement est très bien placé. j'espère que ce commentaire pourra vous aider a faire le nécessaire pour arrêter le bruit de ces voisins irrespectueux. cordialement Gilbert archimbault

Bien mais....

Les photos sur l'annonce aurait besoin d'une actualisation car la vue n'est plus vraiment pareil avec les nouvelles constructions. Lappzrtement est bien mais aurait besoin de révocation plus particulièrement dans la salle de bain. Les voisins du dessus se moquent complètement qu'il y ai des personnes en dessous d'eux (traînent les chaises claquent les portes). l'appartement est en revanche très bien situé par rapport aux commerces, la plage et le centre ville.
