Disappointed

I hate to leave a negative review - but the apartment just didn’t meet our expectation, and the communication was horrible. From our check in experience which was extremely rushed, because they had back to back check ins booked. Francisco, didn’t give us the WiFi info (& when we texted him to ask he gave us the wrong info) or which keys work for which door/how. We struggled to open the main door outside and when reached out to him for help received no response. So had another person staying in the building give us a buzzer code to get in and out. Also the pictures make the condition of the apartment look better than it is. I will say the location is good though.
