Apartment was adequate for our needing a place within walking distance to train station for one night. It is a steep walk up hill to the location. After dropping bags, it’s very easy to explore and walk the historic locations in Lisbon. Fado music cafes/bars are abundant! Local culture too.. Apartment has steep stairs and seems newly renovated. All necessary needs included (full kitchen, coffee, TV, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, newer furniture) There is a bar below so if you’re sleeping with windows open (fans provided, no AC), you may wish to bring ear plugs.

Fantastic Location

The location is fantastic, with bars and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away, and the main part of the city about 15 minutes. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and adequately equipped but lacks storage for a longer stay. It is not for anyone with ANY mobility issues. Apart from a couple of communication hiccups, and a road closure near the property, getting there was OK, but beware rip off airport taxi drivers. Overall, a great stay

O apartamento é realmente muito bonito, bem localizado e estava com a limpeza impecável. Esses pontos merecem elogio. No entanto, a estadia não recebeu nota máxima porque houve uma divergência grave entre o que foi anunciado e o que foi efetivamente entregue. A reserva foi feita com base na informação de que o apartamento possuía máquina lava e seca, item essencial para nossa viagem, principalmente porque estávamos com um bebê. Ao constatar que a máquina não existia, entrei em contato com a administradora e fui informado de que aquilo era um erro no anúncio. Pediram desculpas e disseram que corrigiriam a informação, mas isso não resolve o transtorno causado. Tivemos que procurar alternativas para lavar roupa durante a locação, algo que não teria ocorrido se o anúncio estivesse correto desde o início. Na prática, isso configurou uma propaganda enganosa, pois a descrição da propriedade influenciou diretamente nossa decisão de reserva. Se soubéssemos da realidade, certamente teríamos escolhido outro imóvel que atendesse às nossas necessidades. Em resumo: o apartamento seria nota 10, mas pelos transtornos causados por essa informação incorreta, a nota máxima que posso dar é 7.
