Ideal for those who want a holiday without having to take the car! It has a kitchenette, living room with TV and double sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony. The apartment is on the 5th floor with lift and is located 300 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the supermarket. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays over 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in.
