Overall okay, but the walls in the room were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Especially behind the desk and suitcase bench. Disgusting. Room was extremely tight, had to squeeze by furniture. Had some confusion at checkin with breakfast, I thought they told me breakfast was included but they charged my 13.90 per day. Apparently they were asking if I wanted breakfast included. Be careful with this. Location is good for the train, but you need to take the tram into the city centre (which is easy)

A wonderful hotel in a very convenient location, close to cafes, bars and shops. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Thoughtful and tasteful decor, loved the toiletries provided. Fridge and coffee machine in room. This was an absolute gem of a find and we would love to return to Bordeaux to stay here again, Thank you!

Staff was very courteous. Hotel is very clean and comfortable although the room is quite small.
The main issue has to do with finding the boutique hotel in a small street and parking, even temporarily, to unload your car. The hotel parking is an extra charge but, it is quite a walk from the hotel.
If I had travelled without a car, I probably would not have been inconvenienced as much.
But, as I said the room was very clean and staff very helpful.

Lovely stay and sad to leave after a week. Well equipped (especially with kitchenware) and good facilities. Good water pressure for the showers and lots of fans for the hotter days. Our room was spotless, well-equipped and supremely comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. There is very little you would walk to from here, but if you have a car this is an excellent stop.
