"Hotel was great to stay in but Hotels.com has put up false advertising as it showed the hotel had a hot tub and it did not. That was the reason I booked at this hotel. The staff was great about it and were willing to upgrade the room at no extra cost due to the fact of Hotels.com false advertising."

"The staff in the breakfast room could accommodate my "celiac disease" and provide Gluten Free bread. The gym was in good condition."

"My only problems were you had to get pool towels at the front desk and take them back there so it was a little out of the way and the vending machines were very low in stock. As for everything else it was very good. The breakfast was good and the pool wis fun, the hot tub was nice as well. There was a nice area outside where we could play catch with the kids."

"We went for a concert to Cold lake. Booked a king room and got a happy surprise to have a balcony on our room. After the concert went to the hotel and had a beer and wings at the hotel lounge. Next morning woke up to breakfast at Smitty’s, also attached to the hotel. Great stay. Would definitely go again"
