It should be illegal to accept a booking for a family with a baby when the hotel has no facilities or equipment for a baby. The receptionist said "we don't have a baby bed here, this hotel is for builders and business people" If that was true then why did they accept my booking for 2 adults and 1 baby? They took my money without telling me this! They waited for me to arrive and then told me. At which time it is too late for me to look elsewhere. So my baby slept very badly in a suitcase with towels for 4 nights!! Booked very last minute, but still was able to find a place here. About half an hour by foot from Station, but very reasonably priced. Had no issues overall.
