I complained to another Indian receptionist that my room wasnt cleaned, she said 'Oh no, we normally would clean the room once every two days! and, if you want it to be clean, you would have to let us know in advance!' I was really pissed... Moreover, I booked this hotel weeks in advance, the rate was non-refundable, around MR 300, but then when I got to the hotel, i checked the price again, it dropped to a walkin price with just MR 50! This is almost a fraud. I regret I didnt take more pics to show you as evdience!" We were offered drinks and canapés is the lounge at sunset, was a nice touch. However, they had none of the ingredients for the cocktails on their menu. Some of the pool loungers needed repairing. Items on the menu were well over priced. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
