"Gorgeous view and spacious property. Walkable to the shops and also buggie included. Great air con system. Well equipped kitchen. Baby high chairs and portacots included. The pool in the complex is lovely for a dip on a hot day."

"Location was great.Unit was not cleaned correctly (Fungi in the showers / carpet not clean)Buggy only worked for a day and a half.Aircon for the rooms stopped working halfway through our stayStains in the carpets and table matt.Outside balcony roof was fulling down and had spider webs and fungi growing on the tiles.Contacted service about the issues 5 times and had one response and they never turned up.Would rate this one of our worst stay holidays in the last 5 years. "Renting this property was an easy experience from the start and all staff were friendly and helpful. On arrival it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had problems with our buggy and staff immediately gave us a replacement to use while ours got fixed. The property is in a good location with great views. Very family friendly with affordable prices."

"Great location for afternoon sun, good size etc. Had an issue when asking if we could have some extra towels, simple request made 3 times, only to finally to get a very unhelpful lady of the phone. Just a case of poor skills with communication, and rudeness. Appears the turnaround time of customers is too tight for the cleaners, as we felt the cleanliness was substandard when when we arrived, also mold in showers and lack of care apparent.
