- Boat Ramps: The neighborhood does have its own boat ramp less than 3 minutes from the home. The ramp does not include a tie off dock.
Parking is free and on site. There is a circular/ pull through driveway. The drive way could hold at least 5 vehicles. If a camper / RV is not brought to the property, under the camper/RV cover could count as a covered parking spot.

Sleeps 9: Features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a twin bed in the laundry area for extra guests. The home also has air mattresses for any extra guests.

Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and unique copper sinks. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well as an air fryer on the property. 🍳
Extra Perks: Includes a camper/RV hookup—ideal for larger groups or extra `toys.` This hookup holds a 110 amps. Boat batteries can be charged here. This feature does come at an additional charge. once payments is received, we will provide instructions on unlocking.

Renters will receive their check in instructions as well as door code a day before their check in date. The property does have keyless access, if you are unable to get in their is a back up key in a lockbox on the property.
