It is also less than a 2 minute drive to Main St in Lincoln. If we were not so tire from all the walking we did elsewhere, we would have walked there too. The condo itself had everything needed - always of help. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck for lunch and dinner. The shower has great heat and water pressure, and they gave us lots of towels and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and WAY more kitchen utensils than I anticipated. No matter what I wanted to cook, the tools were there in some cabinet or drawer. There's plenty of living space for hanging out or watching a movie, and there's a nice back porch too. Everything was clean and organized while still feeling like a home away from home. Our host was great. Check in and check out were super easy, the host responded immediately when I had questions prior to check in. The host sent us instructions so we knew how everything in the home worked and where everything was located. A few friends and I spent a week here, and this was a great stay. The condo is walking distance from plenty of shops and restaurants. It's a short drive to lots of gorgeous hiking and skiing locations. The space was super clean and welcoming. This stay is perfect for a family or small group of friends. I HIGHLY recommend this stay to anyone interested in exploring Lincoln, Franconia Park, or any surrounding areas. ##### Sarah C. Quick walk to the shops and restaurants. Short drive to Loon. Nice to have a grocery store right nearby. Quiet setting. Would recommend. ##### Michele G. Spacious 2 bedroom. Only recommendation is to bring lots of fans if staying in the summer, our stay fell during a heat wave and the one a/c unit in the kitchen couldn’t keep up besides that great location to downtown.
