Property was super-close to the high street, train station and the restaurants on the riverside. We were able to access the property from the basement car park, despite parking in the NCP next door, so my elderly stepdad didn't have to use any stairs to access the property. Flat was spotless and comfy. There are a number of good, cheap eateries 3 minutes away around Brayford Pool. Parking 5 minutes away at Brayford Wharf North (£12.50 for 24 hours, NPCC) or 7 minutes at Lucy Tower Street (£10 for 24 hours).
