I was only there briefly for a one-night stay, but the owner and his wife were friendly and very helpful. The place was clean and quiet, and the view into Franconia Notch was spectacular.

The room was clean. Staff friendly and knowlegBle of the area. Some small things. Carpet was almost warn thru in several spots. The bath tub was real slow to drain. Was in ankle deep water by time my shower was done.

Amazing owners. Warm welcome at the counter desk, even though it was 9 PM! Thanks for the Flapjack's recommandation for breakfast! We ended up trying it and it was well worth it :)! Would definitely stay there again, cheap/clean and cute cottages
