About this property

Mountain Home with A/C + Spectacular Views Of Loon

  • Wow! The first thought when you walk into this unit and look through to the back wall of windows with beautiful views of South Peak on Loon Mountain and the Pemigewasset River rolling by below! Come enjoy this large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit with 2100 sq-ft of rustic charm and character.
    While staying at the house, guest will have free wifi, cable tv and large couch to make the mountain home as warm and cozy as you would expect. In the Summer months the house has A/C to keep you cool after a day out in the heat. The upstairs bedrooms and main living space take on a lodge feel while the down stairs bedrooms and lower common space have more of a ski vibe.
    The complex that the town house is located in has a club house a short walk away featuring an outdoor heated pool available in the summer time as well as an indoor pool and hot tub available all year round. Additionally, there is access to a swimming hole behind the townhouse on the Pemigewasset river.

    In front of the unit there are two parking spaces available.

    Property does utilize a ring door bell. This has the capability to monitor the front porch. There are no other cameras on the property.

3 moms and 5 kids stayed here for our trip to Santa’s Village. The property was spacious and comfortable for the 8 of us and we enjoyed every minute! The kids enjoyed crafting at the large table and lounging on the spacious couch. We’d love to return!

Wonderful property for adults and kids

My girlfriends and I stayed here with our 6 kids for a quick trip to Santa’s Village. The condo was perfect for 3 families as we all had plenty of room, and several bathrooms. Great property!

We absolutely loved this rental! The condo itself is updated and comfortable, and the layout worked perfectly for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The kids loved swimming in the pools and river. Having a deck overlooking the river was a nice bonus as well! Kevin was great with communication and got on the phone with me right away when we were having a little trouble getting in on the first day. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This property is lovely, with a large private deck overlooking the river. The unit is very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. We had a small issue upon check-in, but Kevin was easy to contact and he handled it immediately. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future!

Lovely View and Comfortable Living Space

Visited recently with 3 adult couples. Hard to find a couch that will fit 6 adults, but this place has it! The kitchen and dining area were great for eating in, especially as the area restaurants get super busy. We enjoyed dinner out on the patio overlooking the river. Always the best

We've stayed here so many times that it really feels like home! Every time we go the owners have upgraded or replaced something - their attention to detail and comfort is top notch. Kevin is always super responsive and accommodating as a host. I don't think you can find a better spot on the Pemi (river sounds and view from the huge deck are unbeatable), and it's a short walk to a bunch of great restaurants and shops, even for our small kids. We're always looking forward to the next time we can visit!

Our absolute favorite place

We've been here several times and it's always hard to leave. Our kids call it "the river house" and think it's magical - from the bunk beds to the amazing deck and of course the fabulous on-site pool which is steps away. Kevin is always super helpful and amazingly speedy to respond, and even let us check in early and out a little late to accommodate our one- year old's naps. We've stayed at a lot of other condos in the area, and this one simply can't be beat. We would live here if we could!

Slice of mountain heaven!

Kevin and Shayna’s property was exactly how described! We needed a larger place to stay as my son was graduating from college at PSU. This was the perfect house! It slept all 10 of us comfortably!! It’s beautiful and spacious. The mountain theme with Bears and moose added a mountain touch. This property is right on the Pemi River, no sleep machines needed this trip! The river sounds will put you into a restful sleep. Kevin was super responsive when some questions arose. We will definitely be back. Thank you Kevin and Shayna.
