The house has everything you need and more! The location is convenient to both Loon Mountain and the village, you can even walk to South Peak Timbertowne lift. Excellent for large families / groups, tons of common space and also privacy

Terrific condo in a great complex

We came for the leaf-peeping, but I think this would be an even better stay during ski season. It's close to slopes, shopping, and restaurants, and has a wonderful little trail along the river if you want to stretch your legs. The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was good in all the bathrooms. Just a really nice place to make camp.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very accessible for a family member in a wheelchair/walker except the bathroom (which was not a factor for us) so it met our needs beautifully. The place was very large and open and the fireplaces did a great job of keeping it warm. We were especially pleased with the extras provided (like trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, etc). The kitchen was also well stocked with pots/pans, etc. We love the trails behind the condo complex for going down to the river and for going on walks.

Amazing stay in the White Mountains

We had an incredible visit to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The condo is extremely clean, spacious and comfortably fit our family. The beds are so comfortable, and the unit is furnished so tastefully. Taylor is a great host and was very responsive to our questions. This was our first time visiting the area, and we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the surroundings, waterfalls, and hikes. Bottom line- after a week, my family wanted to stay there and did not want to leave .

Convenient and relaxing

A group of friends and I stayed here for a weekend. It was super close to the downtown area. My friends enjoyed skiing at Loon and it was perfectly located. It's a large hint and we felt like we had plenty of room. My only complaint was we found one a few things not working when we arrived and messaged the host via the app. But the app is really bad about notifying so the host didn't see the messages till after our stay. But, that didn't really take away from the amazing weekend we had.

Great Home Base For The Eclipse

Overall had a great stay! Communication with the host Taylor was easy and smooth. The unit was as shown in the listing and everything was clean. The location is convenient with so much to do nearby. Also, unit provides great views of the Pemigewasset River and the White Mountains in the distance. It is an accessible unit with ample space for getting around in a wheelchair including onto the balcony off of the living room. We did have to move chairs from the dining table and kitchen counter to make room but besides that getting around on the main floor of the unit in a power wheelchair was without issue. Overall this made a great home base for our trip to see the total solar eclipse and I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area!

Spacious light filled great room and kitchen. Master bedroom looked out on the trees and river. All the communication with Taylor was easy and the Townhouse was as pictured. It was easy to get to the business district, but the location was quiet. The directions for the rental were clear and available in advance as well as in a booklet. Plenty of hot water for showers for 8 people and great water pressure. Large sectionals for the generations to hang out. Reasonable price for the quality and number of bedrooms and baths. Would rent this Townhouse again if we are in the area.

Great condo, great location

Plenty of room for several couples or families and can’t beat the location with the mountain on one side and the river on the other. Great communication with Taylor, the host and very easy check in process. Will definitely rent again.
