Luxury Home On Loon Mtn Home, Spectacular Mountain Views, Pool/Spa access incl

  • High end Loon Mountain home, sleeps 15, luxury 6 bedroom, 4 ½ bath private house was built for comfort and style and beautifully decorated, with attention to details that reflect the woodland feel of the area. Our three story home has an Aspen feel to it throughout the seasons and is among the nicest rentals in the area with plenty of privacy and the best views on loon mountain! Amenities of the house include use of our membership to the Mountain Club at Loon which includes access to an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, tennis and fitness center. In addition, the house has a two-car garage, outdoor grill area, dishwasher, washer and dryer, luxury gourmet kitchen with separate beverage refrigerator, wi-fi, and cable. The home also has THREE master suites with private master bathrooms, an additional queen bedroom with room for two other twin beds, a full-size bedroom with a twin bed. The home features two great rooms one on the main floor with a fireplace and expansive views of the mountain. Also, a lower level family area with a full-size sleep sofa, full bath, and lots of room. In addition, we feature a separate loft area for quite reading or enjoying the views. This home was designed and built to be enjoyed by multiple families, yet large enough to provide space to enjoy, all you need to do is enjoy yourself!

    We added a crib in one of the bedrooms plus easily drop in baby gates to keep toddlers off the stairs
    We have parking to easily fit 8-12 vehicles in the driveway.

This house is large with lots of room for people to spread out. The balcony is huge with incredible views from all angles (the best views in the area, in my opinion). The kitchen is beautiful and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The building construction used all high-quality materials so you really feel like you are in a luxury resort. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation or large family gathering.

We had a fabulous 5 day stay at this fantastic home! The house is everything you see in the photos and much more. It was more than enough room for 13 of us and met all our needs. We also used the pool at the club and the children enjoyed the arcade. Our host Dave was a pleasure to deal with and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this home!!!

This house has a great setup for a big group, and the kitchen is very well appointed for cooking meals. It is convenient to the mountain, although not on on a shuttle, so be prepared to park. Overall an excellent stay!

So much room. Completely finished basement. Big kitchen and the wood fireplace came in handy during the cold and rain. Access to the resort was a big bonus! Definitely one of our favorites.

Dream weekend

This house was amazing for a multi-generational family getaway. It was very clean and had plenty of room to spread out as well as gather as a group. The location of the house offered great proximity to Loon for skiing or for swimming at the Health Club. Dave was very responsive to questions and was easy to work with before and during our stay. This place is even better than the pics make it appear. The house is very large, set up very well, beds are great, furniture and kitchen just what you'd need. It's a .5 mile walk to the mountain so you will likely drive or get dropped off, but it's very quick. Everything was excellent.
