Bring your whole family! INDOOR POOL, HOT TUB AND CLUB AREA ARE OPEN! Enjoy all the numerous activities that The Lodge at Lincoln Station has to offer with this 2 Bedroom, 1 bath condo. In winter, our free shuttle service to Loon ski area. Other ski areas are just a short drive away
Enjoy your evening sipping tea or wine while listening to the sound of the nature from our balcony. 2 mi from Clark`s Trading Post 1 mi from Loon Mountain 6 mi from Flume Gorge 6 mi from Lost River Gorge

Lots of wonderful things to do and see.
The area has the most waterfalls and hiking trails in all of New Hampshire.
Popular sights are: The Lost River, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Franconia Falls, Clarke’s Trading Post (Bear Show), Kangamagus Highway (Top 10 most scenic highways in US), Whales Tail water park, Ice Castles in the Winter
HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

Weekend Ski Trip

The owner was great to work with and super accommodating. The unit had everything we needed and the loft space was a great getaway space for the kids. We loved the proximity to Loon and the downtown area and the pool and game room amenities made the weekend stay even more fun. Highly recommend!

Perfect ski weekend

Great space for our group! The teenagers loved the upstairs loft area as they had their own space to hang out in. The check-in process, communication and directions to everything was excellent. The condo had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner for our ski days. The Lodge had great amenities and we made good use of the shuttle. Would like to stay here again!

Beautiful view

We had a nice time. The view was amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the river. The property could use some updating, but we enjoyed our stay! The property manager was very responsive and helpful!

Lincoln getaway!

It was great! Our property mgr got back to us all the time really quickly. We went swimming in the river right next to our place. All our places we stopped at were really close by. The only thing there were no doors for privacy in our suite.

Almost great

This is our 3rd time at The Lodge Condominiums. Our first in this unit. All good except this one stated, on line, a futon/sleep sofa in loft alongside two full beds. It was only a sofa with the two beds. So one adult slept on the couch. Not good. Also the coffee machine was broken. The toilet seat was hazardous too. It was loose and very unstable. My husband and I enjoyed the smaller units in the past , but if we want family and friends to join us, we would book elsewhere.

Great stay and location

Could not be any more convenient and the view is gorgeous. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room after a long day of skiing. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful experience

The unit was lovely. Great space for families and groups. Separate sleeping spaces loft and lower level. Fully equipped kitchen. The building well set up with indoor pool, arcade, fireplaced great room, laundromat. Very convenient walking distance to local stores and restaurants. Nice family get away

I rented this property for a get away with my sister and our families. Once we were able to get into the unit, it imm felt like home. The view from the balcony is so beautiful I can't even put it into words. There were enough linens and towels available for our party of 8. The kitchen made it easy for meal planning as well as the outdoor grills. On site there are two propane grills and one charcoal grill that is shared for the property. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather so the out door pool was a big hit . Very good size pool, our teens had a blast. Rick the owner was so nice , respectful, curtious and understanding during our stay. He was very easy to reach and responded in a timely manner. Over all we loved our stay and will definitely book again in the future.

As described in VRBO listing. Well equipped kitchen & entertainment areas. Beds a bit saggy. Surfaces showing wear. Dishwasher a bit difficult to use (didn't close easily). Very considerate owner/host.
