On entering, you'll find the full bath on your left and a large closet on your right. Step a few feet further, and the space opens up to a small but updated kitchen along the left wall, next to a dining area for two. Just beyond is the queen sized bed next to the window. Just to the right is the living area with a love seat (not sleep sofa) in front of the large flat screen TV. Step through the slider here and onto the deck, where you can enjoy river and mountain views. The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds, and stairs leading down to the river. On the other side is the outdoor pool with grilling area and picnic tables. Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces. Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details. Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules. This unit does not allow pets. Only things were that some of the utensils that were put back in drawers were really dirty (like, not spots, but still dried food of them) and a glass had been put back in the cabinet that was broken - but I think that's normally the previous renters putting some stuff away but it was a little odd. The room itself is cute with a great view and exactly what I like and I keep asking for the same room at the same place because it's nice and not more than what I need. This should be changed bc we had a hard time figuring out which room...and there is no one there to help. The condo was beautiful and we had a great time other than those issues. ##### Falon H. Pans under the oven had some rust spots on them. Carpet was very crunchy when walking around the unit and there was a strong musty smell upon entering. Had to use some Febreeze for the room.
