Absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and historic! Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10

Nice hotel, easy parking across the road in multi story car park.
Only negative was had to move room due to someone making deliveries next to an alley way & excessivly reving his engine at 5am which woke me up.
This went on for the best part of an hour.
Was moved instantly & staff are efficient & friendly.

The bedrooms are large and in good condition.
The staff are helpful and accommodating.
My only disappointment was that the wi-fi wasn't working and while the staff were apologetic, there wasn't any sense of urgency to get it fixed. In our modern world, this is unacceptable. Who was managing the hotel?
