The property benefits from fast WiFi and a Smart TV for guests to enjoy streaming their favourite shows. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for self catering. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sun whilst you relax in our lush and tranquil garden. Free on street parking available. The space You enter the property in to our warm and homey living room which has seating for four guests. Leading on, you enter our large, well equipped kitchen which has views out to our spacious and vibrant garden. There s a small utility room with a washing machine for guests to use. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and another with a comfortable double futon that will sleep 1 or 2 adults or 2 children. We look forward to hosting you in our cosy cottage! Guest access I have chosen the award winning property management company, Pass The Keys, to manage my home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Pass The Keys provides a hotel standard quality of service for short-let rental properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned. They also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
