  • Cosy two bedroom condo across from Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NH. Sleeps 6 with a gas fireplace, a deck with mountain views, and full access to the Village of Loon Swim Club. Perfect for fall foliage, ski trips, summer hiking, and relaxed White Mountains weekends.

    Enjoy a drink on the deck or settle into the sectional with a good book. You're right across the Kanc from the base of Loon Mountain and minutes from restaurants, wineries, breweries, and local attractions. Whether you visit for fall colours, ski season, or summer, this place has what you need.

    THE SPACE
    You enter through a mudroom with a bench and hooks for coats, boots, and gear. A few steps up is the open living, dining, and kitchen area with tall ceilings, big windows, a gas fireplace, a 55" Roku smart TV, a sectional sofa, and seating for 6. The deck faces the mountain.

    Downstairs is the primary bedroom with a king bed, bamboo sheets, a 32" Roku smart TV, a full bath, and a small private porch. The washing machine and dryer are on this level too. Upstairs, a renovated, nearly enclosed loft has a queen bed, a twin bunk bed, and a small desk for remote work. It works well for kids, friends, or extra guests.

    Please note, the top bunk has a weight limit of 175 lbs.

    VILLAGE OF LOON SWIM CLUB
    Your stay includes access to the Swim Club, with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (three outside), a sauna, an exercise room, a game room, and tennis court access. Hours and availability vary by season. In winter, a free shuttle runs to Loon Mountain on weekends and holidays.

Its a cute little condo! Everything was perfect for me, my husband and two kids! We enjoyed everything about staying here and the porch was the best for me with my morning coffee and the little stream running outside!

Great location and beautiful views!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, and the owners were great at communicating with any questions we had. The beds were super comfortable as well! The condo is so close to the trails and has beautiful scenery.

Weekend ski trip

This house was great for a weekend ski trip for our family. We had plenty of space and a good family area to hang out. It was in a location we’ve stayed before and liked. Having that shuttle to/from the mountain is great.

Great getaway.

The condo was clean and very quiet. It was located close to downtown and right on the Kangamagus Highway. We used the pool pass and there were no issues. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant accommodation

We stayed in the Loon Mountain accommodation for 3 days on a short visit to the White Mountains. The space was satisfactory for 2 people even though it sleeps 6. It would have been much more difficult with more than 2 as the only bathroom is in the master bedroom. The place was small, but clean and had all the necessary extras to make for a pleasant stay.

Cozy feeling in a beautiful location

The location is great and the property is warm and inviting. Lots of amenities to help getting settled in very easy. The internet was down when we got there so using the key pad was not an option. But the owners responded quickly and we were able to get in with an alternate option and we got the internet up and running shortly thereafter. We had a very enjoyable time in your beautiful location. Thanks!

Wonderful spot for a ski weekend!

We stayed here for several days between Christmas and New Years. It’s in a community ideally situated across the road from Loon Mountain, so was super convenient. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for our 3 teenagers. We enjoyed dinners in and out. Our only complaint is that the listing indicates that there’s a 1 and a half bathrooms but there’s only 1 bathroom- no powder room. Other than that it was perfect!

Great Location!

Loon Village is in a great location close to restaurants, amusement parks (Clark’s, Whales Tales), hiking trails, rivers etc. the unit has everything we wanted for a week away from home. Central Air (AC mini splits), washer and dryer in unit, nice big TV in living room, kitchen with enough items to cook meals vs eating out daily. Thr main building where the pools are located are great! 2 outdoor and 2 indoor. . Plus 4 hot tubs! The owners Tayler and Lydia are very responsive and ensured a smooth checkin process and had all the details provided and also included in a binder on the dining room table. They take care of their unit as the decor is perfect for a mountain getaway and comfortable couches and beds. I would recommend their unit to anyone looking for a nice vacation spot for summer and I’m sure winter is great as Loon mountain is right across the street.

Wonderful place to stay with kids. Having access to nearby indoor pools was great for rainy weather and having laundry in unit was so helpful. The place was clean and had everything you need for a mini vacay away from home. Tyler and Lydia were lovely to communicate with and we would highly recommend for your next getaway!

This cozy condo was perfect for our 4 night trip to the White Mountains with our 3 children. The location was perfect- it was directly across the street from Loon Mountain and a 5 min drive to restaurants and shopping. Everything was as described and very well-stocked. We loved our stay. One of our favorite condos we've stayed in. The Hosts were responsive and the condo was clean and comfortable. The split units made the temperature good, the beds were comfy. Plenty of sitting room on the couch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the washer dryer in the bathroom. Front door had a deadbolt and one slider had a bar. Carbon monoxide detector was something i was happy to see they had, otherwise i wouldve brought one. There's a cute flowing creek you can see off the back slider and at night we saw fireflies by it. We loved being almost directly across from Loon Mountain. Would definitely go back and we recommend it to others!

This condo across the street from Loon Mountain was perfectly located for a few days of skiing. The location was also convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Comfortable beds. We appreciated the owner checking in during our stay.

Good location and clean property

Can’t beat the location right outside of town and across the street from Loon. A nice, clean place but clearly very lived in. The complex pool and fitness center were in truly rough shape and we recommend avoiding both.
