The area has the most waterfalls and hiking trails in all of New Hampshire. Popular sights are: The Lost River, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Franconia Falls, Clarke’s Trading Post (Bear Show), Kangamagus Highway (Top 10 most scenic highways in US), Whales Tail water park, Ice Castles in the Winter There are some great restaurants and sites within walking distance. Other historic sites and trails will require a bike or an automobile. The resort offers plenty of free parking. HOUSE RULES Please remember this is a someone\`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property. • NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules) • NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules) • LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving.
