Summary: 'Worthy Porpoise' is what we call this popular, deluxe oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a Tempur-pedic king size bed and a queen size Murphy, has two full bathrooms, an electric fireplace for ambiance and a full kitchen. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna! The Space: Unit 110, which we call “Worthy Porpoise,” is one of the premium beachfront properties on the Oregon coast. The oceanside suite includes a 42-inch TV mounted against the wall, a queen-sized Murphy bed, and a reclining microfiber love seat, dining room table and a full kitchen stocked to the nines with cooking supplies. If home cooking is on your agenda during this beach vacation, this is the spot for you. This condo has 8-foot glass sliding doors that open right up overlooking the edge of the beach. Enjoy the grassy patio, where you can watch your children build sandcastles below, and look for the bobbing heads of harbor seals in the shallow waves beyond. Walk north 10 minutes to some natural tide pools. Walk south and wade in the D River, the shortest river in the world. The master bedroom includes a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, as well as another 40-inch television and second full bathroom. The Murphy bed in the oceanside suite folds up into the wall, allowing the condo to sleep four while maintaining the spaciousness of the living area. No. 110 Worthy Porpoise is located in one of the most convenient spots at the Sea Gypsy. There are NO STAIRS to this ground-floor condo, which is about 30 feet from the entrance of the Sea Gypsy’s indoor heated pool and sauna. An outdoor gas grill and vending machine are right outside 110′s back door, too. Guest Access: The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna. This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit. The Neighborhood: 110 Worthy Porpoise Getting Around: Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town. Other Things to Note: This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer. Only issue we had was the heater in living room is extremely loud. Sounds like a fan hitting metal the entire time heater is on. Wasn't as clean as we would have liked and the beach access directly outside of the door was blocked off because the steps fell. This unit has a gorgeous view and is fairly handicap accessible. The beachy vibe of the decor was peaceful. I took my Aunt who is in her 80s and uses a walker. The unit had a shower chair and bars in both showers. The space in the bathroom does not permit maneuvering with the walker, but there are many surfaces to use for support. My only complaint was some disrepair. One of the cabinets was missing a screw and fell out on to the floor and several others had loose screws. Onsite management was notified and immediately offered to come fix the issues. It makes staying at the beach a breeze when you can just walk out the door to the sand and back. You never have to leave the area. Such a great time. ##### Nichole J. We like this area in Lincoln City and Sea Gypsy “Worthy Porpose” is next to the pool and beach access. Due to an unusual heavy snow, we spent most of our time in the condo, which is outfitted with everything we needed.
