We love the location, the amenities and having a hot tub to use. This trip was different, when we got there the hot tub had been drained and cleaned before we got there. No big deal the note said it would be ready to use by that evening. That was a Saturday night. I gave it 24 hours and it still wasn’t up to temp. So Monday I called, someone came and looked at it for 2 minutes said give it an hour and it would be at temp. That was a 4:00, they close at 5:00\. So again I called the next day. They said someone would come look at it. Later that day got another call saying that it wouldn’t be fixed that day but that we could use a hot tub from another unit. That didn’t feel right to us and it was located on the opposite end on another floor so we opted to not use it. Finally on Wednesday, someone came and fixed the issue. Apparently it was something with the filter. So during the course of our 6 night stay we got the hot tub for two nights. Besides the view, the hot tub is the other main reason we choose to spend the money to stay at these condos. So that was frustrating for my family and I. The BBQ was also broken so we were not able to BBQ, instead we cooked it stove top and called it good. So overall, the property is beautiful but we were bummed.
