For the spirited souls, a game room awaits, featuring a lively ping-pong table—a space perfect for friendly competitions and shared laughter. Surftides Plaza Condominiums also features close and easy beach access, so guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

This unit is also pet friendly - There will be a standard pet fee, limit of 2.



2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly (up to two pets). There will be an additional pet fee of $69 that will be requested after your reservation has been confirmed.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
