The bed in the wall was so convenient for making extra space when we needed it..but the mattress was so comfortable! The location is great and price was more affordable before it moved to VRBO. While it's in transition for updates I don't think it's worth the extra charges that come with a VRBO when you consider competitor right across street - Sea Gypsy - most units have 2 bathrooms... have yet to stay in one that does not, a lot have a dishwashers and units have already been updated. Although the Dsands is excellent for location it will not be by first choice when looking VRBO because if I'm going to pay those extra VRBO charges I at least want to feel like I'm getting my monies worth. ##### Jackie C.
