Both rooms were extremely clean and inviting, the water pressure in both showers was excellent, and Wendy at the front desk was a real pleasure. Would recommend and stay again.

It was just not nice. I thought it was decent on the web and when i pulled up was the beautiful cherry blossoms but i could quickly tell by the type of people that were staying there and the front desk person that it was def still a motel 6. The room was nasty with hair on the floor. The bed seemed alright. Damges everywhere just not aesthetically pleasing whatsoever and somebody was standing outside my door being loud while i was trying to sleep. I honestly wished i would have saved my $80 something dollars and slept in my car.

Excellent value! Very clean room, microwave and mini fridge were good quality, linens and beds good quality, flooring, countertops all good quality!! Very relaxing place to stay.

The property is surrounded by parking lot and is on a steep hill. Wendy the night desk clerk was very helpful. The rooms we were given (different one each week for a one day stay) were always clean and comfortable. None of the bathrooms are truly ADA, some have bars and higher toilets. The only thing that was a nuisance was the lock to the back door into the hotel from the rear parking lot, it needed to be fixed. My wife had no problem pushing, pulling, lifting while swiping. I NEVER got it open on my own.

It wasn’t the cleanest room. There was a booger on the wall and hair in the bathroom from previous people. The air condition didn’t work at all so we were hot in the night. It was super cheap for spring break on the coast so for the price we weren’t mad about it. We would come back again. Staff were nice.

Couldn’t even check in, my cousin (who is 16) HAD to have her ID to check in with me and the guy at front desk was very rude about it. Anywhere i’ve stayed you only need the ID of the person paying for the room and whose name the room is in.

I suppose if you are a pet owner, (dog) you would find this a welcoming hotel. However, being a non-owner, I found the obvious smell of dog urine a tad bit much. I did appreciate the fact that the second floor was saved that. I realize that some pet owners are respectful, nowever with the fact that some have let their pets urinate on the walls and elevator, this is probably something that needs to be addressed.

The room was not really clean. Dirt under bed when I dropped my glasses I felt a lot of dirt and goop. Water under fridge. It made me feel grossed out. The door and wall near it wear worn out. After staying at Newport the Lincoln city manager need to attend to details

limited internet more like dialup was 20 years ago. The face of the thermostat is broken you need pliers to turn it up. My room was right across from the ice machine and staff laundry room, area is very noisy. I am not impressed I will not be back.
