Summary: 'Beachy Keen' is what we call this cozy oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed and a pull-out, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna! The Space: Unit 122, which we call “Beachy Keen,” is a first-floor condo that has the personal touch of its owner, and the benefits of being just steps away from the edge of the beach. This condo underwent a complete makeover in January 2015\. It now features a king bed in the back bedroom, and a more open living area that has an elegant sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed. This doesn’t feel like a vacation rental. It feels like home. A full kitchen provides all the ingredients for some serious home cooking. A keyless entry system prevents lockouts. Wi-fi is free and password-protected. There is a bench right outside your oceanfront doors, and a short stairway right to the sand. Guest Access: The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna. This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit. The Neighborhood: 122 Beachy Keen Getting Around: Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town. Other Things to Note: This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer. The only reason this was given 3 stars is because upon arrival, the condo was not cleaned properly. The floors were filthy and full of sand and the bed was not made. We were given sheets by the housekeeper, but because of a language barrier, we were unsure if he was to put them on, or us. It seemed we were to do that. We swept the entire condo, and the floors were so dirty, they left our socks black. The gal in the office was very nice to bring us a mop and some floor cleaner, but we did that work as well. The gal said she would talk to the manager to see what they could do for us, but we never heard back. Other than that nightmare, the stay was very pleasant. Everything we needed to cook with was there. The ocean view was wonderful and it was so nice to be able to walk out the back door and walk a very short distance to the stairs to be quickly on the beach! Beautiful location! We stayed in 122, Beachy Keen for 4 nights and it was the best possible stay! The room felt more like a really comfy apartment and was amazingly well stocked! The kitchenette has probably anything you could ask for, which really helps save some money vs eating out all the time. The front desk gal was super nice and very helpful with my questions. Not to mention that for the cost, you can't beat it! So close to the beach, it's literally just a few steps away! The one and only thing that happened is there were no blankets. There was a spread for the king but no blanket for the sofa bed. All us ladies are over 60 and one is 70 so that was a slight problem. Of course we didn't know until after midnight and the contact we had offered to let us go to the maids closet to get one but we managed without. An adjustment in the rent would be appreciated. We do understand, with all the necessary measures there can be some oversights. ##### Jillene C. The units are always clean and well stocked. The view is spectacular with easy beach access and, a short walk to Kylios for a delicous meal.
