The raised ground floor (3 steps) comprises a living room with kitchenette, lounge area, and Wi-Fi internet access. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate WC. Upstairs (6 steps), there is one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). The house has oil-fired central heating and a garage. The private, unfenced 3000 m² garden includes fruit trees, sun loungers, a covered barbecue area, a wooden table, and benches. A 19 m² terrace with garden furniture is also included. End-of-stay cleaning is €60\. Towels are available for €7 per person per change, and bed linen for a double bed is €20 per change. Heating is €10 per day. A renovated stone farmhouse in a peaceful and relaxing setting, 400 meters from the Vézère River, perfect for fishing or simply unwinding.
