Our arrival at the hotel around 10 AM was challenging. Hotel staff perform multiple duties and there is not always someone at the front desk to open the door. We were forced to wait on the sidewalk for about a half hour until another guest left because there is no communication device at the front door. (Word of advice - make sure your cellular plan is active before you arrive.) However, from the moment we finally met a staff member, we felt the staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Our room was basic but was spacious and very clean. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Love this place very quiet

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were excellent- all very friendly and helpful. We can not comment on the breakfast as we decided to walk into the old town instead which was only an easy 10 minute walk away - and very lovely when you get there. It was great to have onsite parking but it was a bit of a faff as it is fairly tight spaces and you need to use codes to get in and out - but still good to have . The only reason we didn’t mark it excellent was because the on site facilities such as the bar were a bit basic. Overall great value for money.

It wasn’t amazing. These ratings suggested it would be amazing. It was just what I would have expected from a hotel.

The location is top. Notch is right in the center of everything beautiful place. Dream we had had an amazing view of the cathedral and the medieval side roads. The pullout couch was completel useless. We finally had to pull the mattress off of the frame and place it on the floor to get any sort of sleep.
