"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Exactly what we needed after a long day’s travel. The parking lot was well lit, which I found comforting for security purposes. The night manager was friendly, helpful and kind."

"The location was short staffed. Oupon arrival they told us one of the boilers was out but we shouldn't see any issues. They were wrong 2 out of out 4 night stay water was cold as ice they finally fixed them sometime Saturday. The our room was infested with ants anything drink or food if we laid it on the counter we would be come swarmed. We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 4 attending a local event it has never been this bad before usually really love this location, so it was extra disappointing"

"I would NEVER stay here again and I’m sorry I even trusted the reviews that said the hotel was fine. There was a domestic violence issue outside of my hotel room during our stay that lasted a good 3-4 hours. I called 3 times to complain and the manager of the hotel called the cops on them twice, nothing was done. I was asked to change rooms but I’m not taking my family out and putting everyone in danger to switch rooms when the fighting is happening outside my door. I called for a refund for that stay and the manager said I never complained and there were no issues. RIDICULOUS. Also, the floors were DISGUSTINGLY dirty. STAY AWAY from this hotel. "

"What i likes about the property is the people. We had all our family stay there due to the fact we were there for my Uncle's funeral. The people made our stay a peaceful one. Thank you."
